Accessibility Statement
עבריתLast updated: 2026-05-04
Scoutr (the "Service") is committed to making its services and content accessible to all users, including people with disabilities, in line with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013. The Hebrew version of this statement is the binding version; this English translation is provided for convenience only.
What we've done
The site is built to align with WCAG 2.1 Level AA, including:
- Screen-reader support via semantic markup of buttons, links, and forms.
- Colour contrast that meets the required ratios for text and controls.
- Keyboard navigation for the primary flows (sign-up, feed browsing, cancellation).
- Descriptive labels for images, icons, and form fields (`alt`, `aria-label`).
- Flexible text sizing that scales up to 200% without breaking layout.
- ARIA-tagged modal open/close states for screen-reader users.
Areas that still need work
Some surfaces depend on third-party integrations (Cardcom checkout, Telegram and WhatsApp messaging apps) and may have a different accessibility level than the site itself. We track their updates and work with them where possible. If you encounter an accessibility issue in such a surface, please contact us and we will help via an alternative channel.
Accessibility coordinator
If you have encountered an accessibility issue, have a suggestion for improvement, or need content in an accessible format, please contact us:
