Terms of Service

The Scoutr service (the "Service") is operated by Swerve ("the Company", "we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. The Hebrew version of these Terms is the binding version; this English translation is provided for convenience only.
1. The service
Scoutr scans publicly available apartment listings on Yad2, Madlan, Homeless and Facebook real-estate groups, and forwards listings that match your search preferences to the messaging app you choose (Telegram or WhatsApp). The basic tier is free. Premium (Section 5) unlocks the full database and advanced filtering.
2. No accuracy guarantee
Listing details (price, rooms, location, photos, amenities) are sourced from third-party platforms and posted by their original publishers. We do not verify accuracy. Always confirm details directly with the publisher before making any financial or contractual decision.
3. Acceptable use
- Don't use the Service to scrape, copy, or resell our data.
- Don't harass or send unsolicited commercial messages to publishers whose contact information you receive via the Service.
- Don't create fake search profiles, bypass restrictions, or use the Service on behalf of another person without their authorisation.
4. Service availability
The Service is provided on a best-effort basis. Alerts may be delayed or missed due to upstream platform changes, rate limits, or infrastructure issues. We are not liable for missed listings, delayed alerts, or timing-related outcomes.
5. Premium subscription
Scoutr Premium unlocks the full apartment database, advanced filters, no-broker filtering, and saved favourites. The free tier remains available to anyone who does not subscribe.
- Pricing: Weekly plan ₪19.90; Monthly plan ₪29.90. All prices include VAT.
- Auto-renewal: Premium renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle (weekly or monthly, depending on your selected plan) until you cancel.
- Cancellation: You can cancel at any time, with no questions asked, via (a) the in-app "Cancel subscription" button, (b) sending the bot the message "ביטול מנוי" or "/cancel", or (c) emailing support@scoutrbot.com. Cancellation immediately stops all future charges. You retain access to Premium features through the end of the period you have already paid for.
- No refunds. Payments are non-refundable once charged. We do not issue partial or full refunds for unused portions of an active billing cycle, and we do not pro-rate mid-cycle cancellations. The only exception is a material service failure on our side that prevented you from using Premium for a substantial portion of the period you paid for (e.g. the service was down for several consecutive days). In such a case, contact us at support@scoutrbot.com and we will review a partial or full refund at the Company's discretion. Your statutory rights under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law (Cancellation of Transactions Regulations, 5771-2010) apply where they are mandatory and cannot be waived by these Terms.
- Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails (expired card, insufficient credit, etc.), Premium access ends and your account reverts to the free plan. You can re-subscribe at any time.
- Price changes. We may change Premium pricing for future billing cycles. Any change takes effect at the next renewal and we will notify you at least 7 days in advance via the messaging app you use for the Service.
6. Payment processing
All Premium payments are processed by Cardcom, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor licensed in Israel. Scoutr never sees or stores your full card number: Cardcom returns a tokenised reference that we use only to charge the subscription you signed up for. Receipts are emailed to the address on file.
7. Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time by sending the bot the command "stop" or by emailing support. We may suspend or block accounts that abuse the Service, including breaches of Section 3.
8. Intellectual property
The content we create (logo, design, code, blog content, icons) belongs to the Company and is protected by copyright and trademark law. The apartment listings themselves are the property of the original publishers on the source platforms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or sell our content without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to:
- Loss of a real-estate opportunity or contract
- Loss of time or search costs
- Damage caused by third-party listing inaccuracy
- Failures in messaging platforms (Telegram, WhatsApp, Meta, Twilio) or infrastructure providers
In any event, the Company's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for Premium during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Privacy
How we use your data is described in our Privacy Policy. If any provision in these Terms conflicts with the Privacy Policy, the Privacy Policy governs with respect to processing of personal information.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material change via the bot and/or the email address on file at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continued use of the Service after the change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. You may cancel Premium before the change takes effect with no further charges.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising under these Terms or relating to use of the Service rests with the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo.
13. Severability
If any provision is held by a competent court to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect as if the invalid provision had not been included.
